Everything starts with the default cube. After that it gets a bit more complex, but luckily we take care of that. salve.vision covers the areas of hard surface modelling, sculpting, texturing, rigging and motion capture. Thanks to the close cooperation with the MoCap manufacturer Rokoko, high-quality motion capture can also be delivered.

MATTE PAINTING
Matte paintings are mostly used to simulate cities and landscapes. The artists have to design the backgrounds so that the exterior views look real, even if they contain fantasy elements. Such paintings can be used to visualise whole projects and backgrounds for films and video games.

SPQR
A legionnaire is lost in the depths of an unknown forest and finds himself surrounded by strange creatures. "SPQR" is an artistic approach to different topics such as loneliness, isolation and mental health.

NIMMERLAND
"NIMMERLAND" is a short movie set in a dystopian sci-fi world in a not so far away future. Several concept artworks were created in order to find a fitting visual style and to focus on the practicability for later set production.

DIONYS was my master thesis and has been in production for 2 years. In this time countless concept artworks, matte paintings, character designs and 3D models were created.

UNWESEN
"UNWESEN" ( [ˈʊnveːzn̩], german for something / someone negativ,) is a personal project of mine which I'm working on since July 2021. It's about a military organization which specializes on "neutralizing" diabolical and mythical threats and to keep dark witchcraft at bay.

ILIOS
For my bachelor project (2020) I've created a Sci-Fi re-interpretation of the famous Trojan War. Visual aspects, proportions and ornaments from ancient Greece and Babylon played a huge role in designing all buildings, units and vehicles.
